Mike Fleetham 

 

Mr Mike Fleetham joins line up of keynote speakers/trainers for the Teaching and Leadership Conference July 2016.

Mike is an education consultant, author and executive/video coach working with schools worldwide to help make teaching and learning more effective and enjoyable. He holds a strong belief that everyone is intelligent, everyone is valuable and everyone has the potential to succeed.

Through his training, coaching, books and website, he aims to enrich the life experience of one million and four people every year. He specialises in the practical, down-to-earth infusion of the most effective research-based learning activities.  

Dr. Glenys Hart 

 

In addition to her extensive school classroom and management experience, she has worked as an ICT advisor in a local authority and has inspected and monitored schools across the UK and UEA. Through her work she has aquired an international perspective through projects in over a dozen countries. Glenys gives presentations on CPD and the new technologies in the UK and overseas.   

Julia Hewerdine 

 

Julia's experience of being a student with dyslexia and a mother of children with dyslexia has given her a passion for specialising in helping people with dyslexia and other learning difficulties in order for them to fulfil their potential. She has been a Special Educational Need Coordinator as well as a Deputy Head and Head Teacher for 8 years of a mainstream school for pupils from 1 - 16 years of age. in 2006 Julia became the founding Head Teacher of a specialist school for children with dyslexia and other associated learning difficulties.
